Heze, China – To ensure operational safety during the high-temperature season, Heze Enda Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. recently conducted a comprehensive fire safety inspection across its three major production workshops. The inspection focused on firefighting equipment, machinery operation, and daily safety management protocols, reinforcing the company’s commitment to a zero-incident workplace.

As one of China’s earliest manufacturers of PVC extrusion profiles,Enda Plastic Industry regards safety as its core value.The inspection covered the company’s 30,000-square-meter facility, including 30 PVC extrusion production lines and 3 water-based automated painting lines. The safety team meticulously examined fire hydrants, extinguishers, emergency lighting, and ventilation systems, while also reviewing equipment logs and raw material storage compliance.

Key Inspection Areas:
✔ Firefighting Equipment: Verified water pressure in hydrants, validity of extinguishers, and unobstructed emergency exits.
✔ Machinery Maintenance: Monitored heat dissipation of extruders and injection molding machines to prevent overheating risks.
✔ Material Storage Safety: Ensured PVC materials (e.g., light-concentrating window components, planting window accessories) were stored away from heat sources per fire codes.
✔ Documentation Audit: Cross-checked daily safety checklists to enforce accountability.

Minor issues, such as temporary obstructions near fire hydrants, were rectified on-site. Proactive measures, including relubrication schedules for exhaust fans, were also implemented. “Summer demands heightened vigilance,” stated the Safety Manager. “We are upgrading monitoring systems and will conduct fire drills to ensure preparedness.”
