Customers visit Enda Plastic Industry in Heze to deeply study the assembly technology of hollow louvers and explore new cooperation opportunities

Recently, a customer team from out of town visited HEZE ENDA Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. to conduct a special study and exchange on the assembly technology of hollow shutters. This visit is not only a recognition of the product quality and technical strength of Enda Plastic Industry by customers, but also a solid bridge for deepening cooperation and sharing industry experience between the two sides.
As an early PVC profile extrusion manufacturing enterprise in China, Enda Plastic Industry has been focusing on the research and development, production, and service of louver components since its establishment in 2014. It has 30 PVC extrusion production lines, 3 water-based automatic painting lines, and a professional testing room, providing full chain product support from core profiles to matching accessories. To ensure that customers can efficiently grasp the assembly points of hollow louvers, the company has established a special guidance team composed of technical research and development, production practice, and quality inspection personnel in advance. The learning process is designed from three dimensions: "theoretical explanation+practical demonstration+question answering", aiming to enable customers to "learn and use well".
During the learning process, the technical team of Enda Plastic Industry first led the customer to visit the production workshop and testing room, and visited the production process of the core components of hollow louvers on site - from the extrusion molding of PVC profiles, to the automated spraying of water-based hard paint (whose hard paint process can improve surface hardness and scratch resistance, without the need for film coating to save subsequent labor costs), and then to strict testing of indicators such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and color fastness, allowing the customer to intuitively understand the quality control logic of the product from raw materials to finished products.
Previously, I only knew that the quality of Enda's louver components was reliable. This time, I personally followed the technical team to assemble and found that there are strict standards for component accuracy and assembly details, which also solved many of our confusion in subsequent installation.
