Following the first successful collaboration (as reported in our previous article: Australian customer's first set of shutter successfully landed), the Australian customer has achieved another milestone—their second set of shutters, assembled using Enda Plastic’s PVC components with product number HZED-2025-012, has been successfully completed. This marks a deepened long-term partnership and further validates Enda’s strength in supporting international production needs.
The project reused Enda’s comprehensive PVC solutions, including hollow louvers, reinforced frames, wear-resistant tracks, hinges, and magnetic components from its 200 standardized model libraries. These products, tested for wear resistance, corrosion, and color fastness, perform stably in Australia’s climate. The exclusive color customized via water-based painting lines and film-free hard paint technology simplified processing and reduced costs, ensuring efficient assembly.
