Recently, HEZE ENDA Plastic Industry CO., LTD. received good news from an Australian customer: they have successfully processed their first set of louvers using our PVC louver components and accessories, with case number HZED-2025-011. This is an important breakthrough for the customer in the field of louver processing, and also demonstrates the strength of Enda Plastics' materials and services in the international market.
Customers have high requirements for raw material quality, adaptability, and customization. Enda Plastic Industry has recommended a complete set of PVC components for it, including solid louvers, reinforced frames, wear-resistant tracks and matching hinges, magnetic components, etc. These products come from 152 standardized model libraries and have passed wear resistance, corrosion resistance and color fastness tests to ensure stable performance in the Australian climate.
To meet the appearance needs of customers, our company has customized exclusive colors through three water-based automatic painting lines; The surface of profiles with hard paint technology does not require film coating, simplifying the processing flow, saving labor costs for film tearing, and helping customers efficiently complete assembly.
